  • Applicable only for:

    • Defective or Damaged Products

    • Wrong Item Delivered

    • Product Not Working on First Use

The product must be in original condition with:

  • For LED TVs and Washing Machines, ensure installation/demo is done by authorized DAITORA service personnel only.

  • Returns will be rejected if product damage is caused due to unauthorized handling.

  • Replacement will be issued if stock is available

  • Replacement product will be delivered within 5–10 days
